The NoodleBoy is usually a young Millennial but can also be Generation Z. They believe that they should have an equal say in running whatever company for which they have a job, even though they have not had any experience in running a business.
They bristle at being told what to do at said job, or even when to report for work or for how long. NoodleBoys have no concept of what it is to have a J-O-B in the traditional sense. They are likely the product of helicopter parents who gave in to their every whim, and got a participation trophy for everything.
Many of them are unfortunately in congress these days.
